This is the starting point in the quoting process. Send us your hi-res PDF or similar  [highest resolution possible please] We can of course assist with amending artwork or creating new designs. See our tech sheet for further info or get in touch to discuss.

We're happy to supply product samples for evaluation. If these are embellished, they must be paid for. For plain products, we reserve the right to pass on restocking charges, feed the samples into the order if relevant, or sell the plain items to the client.

Where possible, we try to avoid minimums. We take each inquiry on it's own merits, and where possible apply a commercial view. It maybe that smaller orders incur a surcharge to cover supplier minimums, delivery charges etc.

Aside from being specialists in sustainable fabrics [e.g. green cotton, PET] , we also ensure our suppliers comply with global ethical & technical manufacturing standards [e.g.REACH, modern slavery etc] 

We can supply quotes, but will need to see your artwork or samples first. We reserve the right to amend these quotes following production of our samples. Occasionally, at quote stage, we may produce visuals or physical samples. Quotes valid for 30 days.

We endeavour to turn orders around in 10 -12 working days from approval. This is of course dependent upon quantities, supplier availability and force majeure. We will, where possible, expedite urgent orders. This can be discussed.

We recognise the need for flexibility when it comes to top ups and repeats. New starters or 'lost' items are nothing new. As with minimums, we pride ourselves in accommodating smaller quantities as part of building longer term client relationships. 

We aim for consistency. This can be affected by errors and  changes in our supply chain. We try to correct these and may have to substitute garments and or embellishment colours in line with our terms and conditions   - they can be viewed here.

Upon order we produce an embellishment sample for sign off and customer retention, plus an approval sheet showing logo positions and technical specifications. In some cases we will produce full garment samples with embellishment - see tech sheet.

Our standard terms are payment with order. This can be paid via bank transfer .

Please contact us about other payment options. We offer extended terms to established and repeat clients, which will be agreed on an individual basis.

This is determined by embellishment type and product construction.In the case of embroidery, the limitations are driven by frame sizes and machine capabilities.

We reserve the right to use images of clients brand names and products in our marketing materials.

Where possible, we will credit the respective customer: this includes social media.
